MOVE
Restoring our body balance through holistic movement techniques. Unlocking your breathing system and everything that physically supports your vocal expression.
This retreat is grounded in the wisdom and therapeutic tools that have been at the centre of my
practice in Osteopathy, Chinese Medicine, Singing, Dance and Meditation.
RECHARGE
The day includes a Sauna session from Sauna Hut by the wonderful Barney and Bethan, as well as
a wholesome vegan lunch and refreshments from my brother Setondji and his delightful Sunshine Kitchen.
Everything you need for a soothing body reset.
EXPRESS
This retreat is a safe and fun space for you to explore your creative potential,
embodying and expressing your voice, movement and being.
Nurturing our voice through group a capella singing, harmonies,
and freeing vocal expression through creative exercises.
We will enjoy and learn simple rhythms and songs using body percussion and voice.
The repertoire of songs I teach is a lovely mix from my musical background and heritage: compositions of my own, rhythms and songs from Brazil, Benin as well as simple and collaborative improvisation.
No music experience required, all levels welcome!
£85 for the day
